First Event for Our Soldiers

We had our first event for the soldiers at Fort Belvoir on Saturday November 15, 2011 at Bull run Regional Park in Centreville, Virginia. Frank Cheatham and Hogs on the Run Cooked a Pig and Ricky Pell of Fairfax Crab House provided 3 bushels of Crabs for the Soldiers and there families. Food was also provided by Hooters of Manassas, Glory Days of Centreville, Red Rocks Cafe in Centreville and Fast Eddies of Centreville.

We had a great day and had approximately 45 soldiers and family members. We want to Thank everyone who helped put this day together and thank you fro your continued support in our efforts to help the morale of these soldiers.

Our next scheduled event is December 17, 20111 at Fort Belvoir to bring our Christmas gifts to the soldiers and their families. We are also thinking about another Pig Roast sometime early in November.
